5.3.In the event of any term or condition of this agreement not being valid or enforceable for whatsoever reason, such term or condition shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions. The remaining terms and conditions shall remain enforceable. - DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
6.1.This website is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa (“RSA”) and it’s use is thus governed by the laws of the RSA.
6.2.The Purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court, of competent jurisdiction, notwithstanding the fact that such proceedings are otherwise beyond such court’s jurisdiction. This clause shall be deemed to constitute the required written consent conferring jurisdiction upon the said Court pursuant to Section 45 of the Magistrate’s Court Act of 1944, as amended.
6.3.Notwithstanding the aforegoing, the Map & Trail, shall have the right at it’s sole option and discretion, to institute proceedings in any other competent Court which might otherwise have jurisdiction
